For Home Industry Leaders
Twelve to Five is a half-day learning and development workshop tailored to home industry leaders seeking relevant topic discussions for new learning and business application. It provides the rare opportunity to share knowledge, be candid, and discuss issues and experiences in a safe, open, and structured format with fellow peers outside of your organization.
A planned agenda of small group working sessions focused on problem-solving, feedback, and idea sharing combined with large format talks will naturally create synergies that foster future business relationships. It will be held this year at Babson College, the world-renowned institution for business education in Wellesley. Babson’s Executive Conference Center will serve as the backdrop to spark meaningful conversation, business inspiration, and relationship building all in one short afternoon.
Here's what you can expect from the day:
General Schedule
Many opportunities to naturally connect with principals and leaders in and outside of your professional trade group throughout the half-day agenda.
Rotate through small group breakout rooms assigned by topic to delve deeper into conversation and exchange meaningful thoughts and ideas before and after large group format talks.
The desired audience for this workshop includes business owners, principals and key decision makers. Attendance is capped at 90 people with a maximum of 2 individuals per company to ensure an intimate setting conducive to learning and development. Attendance is by BDG invitation only. Advance registration is mandatory and will open on August 19, 2026.
